Mrs. Chitralekha Patil

Chairperson

Chitralekha Patil is Chairperson of CFTI and Director of PNP Group. She is an educationalist. She is actively involved in the day to day functioning of the organisation with a keen focus on its clean educational programs & the women empowerment schemes.

She has a hands-on approach to each & every aspect of CFTI & continues to inspire the entire team with her zeal & commitment.

Besides CFTI she is an active social worker for many causes which has been entrusted to her by the PNP Group.

Samya Rajendra Korde

Trustee

Samya is a student and she has a great inclination towards social work. Through her various groups she is actively working in India's largest slum area "Dharavi".  She is continuously working for the upliftment of slum areas in Mumbai.

Ar. Reshma Sejpal

Trustee

Reshma Sejpal is the principal architect at Sejpal associates, a 16 year old architecture firm. She has also been a honorary professor at JJ School of Architecture, Mumbai university, Garodia School of Professional Studies and has been conducting art/design seminars in design and catering colleges. Teaching is her passion.

Mr. Shubhankar Takle

Shubhankar Takle is a mechanical engineering graduate (BSME '17) from Purdue University, USA. He has experience working in both manufacturing and research roles in India and the USA. He is currently a Director at Takle Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.

Trustee

He is young, dynamic business man. His contribution in social work, rural education is commendable. He has vast experience in the field of economic management.

Tannisha Avarrsekar, AKC

Honorary Trustee

Tannisha Avarrsekar is the Founder, CEO & Editor-in-Chief of Lokatantra.in, a social enterprise that works towards increasing political awareness and social consciousness in Indian youth. She is a graduate in English & Politics from King's College London, where she also sits on the Board of elected Associates. Miss Avarrsekar is a well-respected consultant in the field of Political Strategy & Communications and also the author of two critically acclaimed books.

Mrs. Phelomina D'Souza

Phelomina is a retired CEO of one of the esteemed organizations with 30 years experience in the corporate sector. She has been a huge contributor in the work of CFTI programmes.

Mr. Sumedh Khaire

Trustee

Sumedh has experience in the private sector as he is the co-founder of Corsectra. He has been actively working in Bhorai Shikshan Sanstha to provide free education in the remote areas. He even helped during the COVID-19 to distribute relief kit to the daily wagers and labourers.

Mr. Siddesh Bagwe

Siddesh is a Business Director at Skyspark Infraprojects. He has completed his post graduation from VJTI in 2010. He has volunteered for various programmes since his college years. His spirit for social work showed during the pandemic when he helped CFTI in grocery distribution.
